Adam Rosen
Adam Rosen, one of the partners and workers’ compensation lawyers in NYat Polsky, Shouldice, & Rosen, P.C., works closely with his clients to ensure they get the best possible service for their workers’ compensation claims. He spends time in both the Brooklyn and the Bronx offices so that clients can ask any questions about their cases and have face to face time while he is working on their claim. Adam also spends time outside of work to try to change the way workers’ compensation claims go. He lectures to union workers at meetings, as well as employees for different companies at churches and community centers to try to educate others about their rights.
Adam graduated from Hofstra Law School in 1995 and quickly became a partner at Polsky, Shouldice, & Rosen in 2000. He has spent his entire career working in the workers’ compensation realm and wants to make sure people are always treated fairly at work. Because of this, Adam is incredibly active in the Injured Workers Bar Association and was given the honor of being named the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Nassau County Bar. Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic began, Adam has been working to reform the rules around workers’ comp during the pandemic. These have been unprecedented times and the law was not ready for everything the pandemic presented. This is why Adam has been educating the Bar and his clients alike about some of the rules that are already in place regarding workers’ comp that may affect the way things were handled during the pandemic.
