In 2010, Josh Turim joined Hickey and Turim, SC and has since helped over a thousand people regarding their injured workers’ claim. While he is able to get settlements for his clients outside of court, he has no problem fighting for clients in front of a judge and guiding them through an appeals process if needed.
There are limitless ways that a worker can get injured while doing their job, and it’s important that they understand their options. Many innocent workers get hurt and end up facing losses because their claim wasn’t handled in the way it should. You can trust that Josh Turim has a worker’s best interest at heart.
Josh Turim attended University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated with a bachelor’s degree. He then moved on to Marquette University Law School, where he earned his law degree. He is licensed to practice in the Western and Eastern Districts of Wisconsin. Additionally, he is a member of both the American Bar Association and Wisconsin Bar Association.
In 2006, Josh founded Kick for Kids Classic. Every year a soccer tournament is held, and proceeds go to the Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Since its launch five years ago, the tournament has raised more than ten thousand dollars for the hospital. Josh finds reward in helping his clients through a difficult time, and knows how impactful it is to participate in community philanthropy.
